Kwame Nkrumah

Founder & Executive Director
Software Engineer 15+ Years Experience Ghanaian Changemaker

Kwame founded TechLit Africa in 2018 after witnessing firsthand how the lack of digital skills was holding back talented young Ghanaians. A former software engineer with over 15 years in tech education, he left a successful corporate career to dedicate himself to bridging Africa's digital divide.

"I believe every young Ghanaian deserves the opportunity to thrive in the digital economy. Technology is not just a skill — it's a gateway to freedom, opportunity, and self-determination."

Under Kwame's leadership, TechLit Africa has grown from a single computer lab to a movement reaching thousands of youth across 12 districts. He has been recognized as one of Ghana's Top 50 Changemakers (2022) and serves on the national digital education advisory board.
